Eligibility

EarlyAdopter status is granted to individuals who:

  1. 1. Purchase an Earlyverse Alpha Set directly from official Earlyverse channels or verified partners.

How To Join

If you've purchased your Earlyverse Alpha Set, you are automatically enrolled in the program and no other actions are needed of you.

Program Maintenance

EarlyAdopter status is intended as a lifetime benefit, but continued access may depend on maintaining good standing within the Earlyverse Community. This includes:

  1. 1. Following Earlyverse's Community Rules

  2. 2. Refraining from misuse or abuse of any benefit, platform, or perk.

  3. 3. Not sharing or distributing discount codes, private materials, or early access content publicly or for profit.

Failure to uphold these expectations may result in temporary suspension or permanent revocation of EarlyAdopter benefits.

Revocation of Status

Earlyverse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke or modify EarlyAdopter benefits in cases of:

  1. 1. Abuse, exploitation, or resale of benefits or discount codes,

  2. 2. Sharing "spoilers" of new products, expansions, stories, or more before public release,

  3. 2. Violation of community conduct standards,

  4. 3. Attempts to compromise the fairness or security of Earlyverse systems or programs,

  5. 4. Or any action that harms the Earlyverse brand or its community.

Revocation may occur without prior notice, although Earlyverse will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the affected individual when appropriate.

Program Updates

The EarlyAdopter Program and its benefits may evolve over time. Earlyverse reserves the right to add, remove, or modify perks to better serve its community and reflect the game’s ongoing development. Any such updates will be shared through official Earlyverse communication channels.

Privacy & Data Protection

Participation in the EarlyAdopter Program requires purchasing an Earlyverse Alpha set and providing basic personal information, including name, email, shipping address, billing address, and, optionally, a Discord handle. This information is used solely for:

  1. 1. Verifying EarlyAdopter status,

  2. 2. Granting and managing Discord access, and

  3. 3. Communicating relevant program updates or benefits.

Earlyverse will never sell or share your personal information or account identifiers (including Discord handles) with third parties, except as required by law, or to fulfill the technical operation of this program (for example, integrating with Discord’s API to manage access). By participating, you consent to Earlyverse securely storing and managing your information for the purpose of maintaining your EarlyAdopter benefits.
