TL;DR Summary

We love fan creations! You’re welcome to make and share non-commercial Earlyverse-inspired content — just be kind, keep it free, and make sure it’s clear you’re not officially affiliated with us.

💫 Our Philosophy

Earlyverse is built on imagination, community, and creativity — and that extends beyond the cards. We believe in celebrating fan expression while protecting the integrity of the Earlyverse universe and the players who make it thrive.

🎨 You Can Create Fan Content That

  • Is inspired by Earlyverse’s universe, art style, or story.

  • Is freely available and not monetized (no selling, ads, paywalls, or merch).

  • Includes credit to Earlyverse and links to our official website: www.earlyverseuniverse.com.

  • Clearly labels your work as “fan-made” (e.g., “A Earlyverse fan creation”).

  • Follows our Community Rules and the Earlyverse Code of Conduct.

🚫 You Cannot

  • Sell or monetize Earlyverse-related creations without written permission.

  • Use our official logos, branding, or card templates in ways that look official.

  • Create or share content that includes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.

  • Use Earlyverse IP in NFTs, AI-generated content, or blockchain products.

  • Present your creations as endorsed by or affiliated with Earlyverse Organization.

💌 Sharing and Collaboration

By sharing your fan content publicly, you grant Earlyverse Organization permission to share, repost, or feature it (always with credit!) on our official platforms — like our website, Discord, and social media.

If you’d like to collaborate, feature your work officially, or explore commercial licensing, please reach out to team@earlyverseuniverse.com.

⚖️ Legal Notes

All Earlyverse-related intellectual property — including names, lore, art, logos, and card designs — are owned by Earlyverse Organization. Fan content remains the property of its creator but must comply with this policy.

🌍 Keep Imagining

Earlyverse began as a spark of imagination — and we can’t wait to see how you expand the universe in your own creative way.
