Thank you for supporting Earlyverse. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and shipping terms below.
RETURNS
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
Be in its original packaging
Include all original game pieces, components, inserts, and materials
Be in post-production condition, meaning unused and free from damage, wear, or alterations
Show no signs of gameplay, excessive handling, or missing components
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email:

Include:
Your full name
Order number
Date of purchase
Reason for return
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping & Refunds
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds apply to the purchase price and applicable taxes only.
If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, it may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@earlyverseuniverse.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
SHIPPING
1. United States Orders
For purchases within the United States, orders arrive on average within one (1) month from the date of purchase.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing times, inventory availability, fulfillment schedules, and carrier performance may affect delivery speed.
2. Community Group Purchases
If you purchase through a Community Group Purchase, orders arrive on average within three (3) months from the official group purchase date.
Group purchases involve coordinated production and distribution timelines, which may extend fulfillment timeframes.
3. International Orders
International purchases are available upon request.

Customers will receive a custom shipping quote based on destination and carrier rates. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country.
Earlyverse is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
Earlyverse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs agencies, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Final Sale Items
From time to time, certain products may be designated as Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Any such designation will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
SUSTAINABILITY NOTE
If you decide Earlyverse is not for you, we encourage gifting the game to a friend, school, or community group rather than discarding it. We appreciate your support in keeping games in play and out of landfills.
